Nicole Abate

Nicole Abate has been a practicing Realtor since 2022, and has immense experience in the legal and lending side of real estate. This combination of experience gives her the unique ability to knowledgeably provide insight on many aspects of real estate.

Nicole was born and raised in the Southtowns, and grew up around everything real estate. Both of her parents are involved in the residential architecture, home design and building industries, and for years Nicole was able to witness firsthand the processes of designing, building and selling homes.

In her free time, Nicole loves to spend her time in the kitchen cooking, in the gym lifting and traveling all over the world. She is an avid scuba diver and is always up for an adventure.
